Yoda’s on his way back to health, so I am ready for some BRR training. The training will start in earnest next week, but we are getting warmed up this week.

Training starts in earnest next week – Woooohooo!

Tuesday (tonight): Nat’s BD run from FF @ 6 followed by festivities at WSM @ 7. (Natalie has invited a bunch of folks, including the Soles,so let’s represent! Sweet potato themed gifts encouraged.)

Thursday: Bolin Creek @ 6:15

Saturday: Heatrbreak from Amradillo Lot @ 8:15 (FF has NoBo) (route map: https://blazingsoles.org/2012/07/05/hartbreak-run/)
Sunday: Something easy…

Next week’s BRR training will start next Tuesday with speed work at UNC’s track. Meet at the statue in front of Kenan at 6:15. We will be heading to the track by 6:25. Bring a bag supper to eat afterwards at Kenan (we can leave food in Domo’s fridge).
